Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) Training

DFSS is a disciplined, proven system for forecasting, managing and controlling the quality of your new product. By applying the rigorous practices of DFSS, you will achieve otherwise unattainable results.

In traditional Six Sigma training, only Black Belts and Green Belts attend training.  However, DFSS is a Team activity - DFSS training is Team training.

DFSS Training is organized into modules, each designed for a distinct segment of your new product development organization:

During deployment of DFSS, our staff will provide on-site support to your team as they build confidence by successfully applying the tools to your new product.

Individuals who complete the training and demonstrate competency in applying DFSS tools may be certified as Green Belts, Black Belts or Master Black Belts.
